Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, it enters our system immediately and begins processing.

  • Because of this, we cannot cancel, modify, or make any changes to your order after it is confirmed.


Shipping Timeline

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 2–3 business days of placing your order.

  • Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • All orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are unable to update or correct the address after the order has been placed.

Little KiiKoo is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery & Courier Responsibility

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility.

  • If your tracking information says the package is delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed, please contact the courier service directly — they’re often best equipped to assist at this stage.


Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, missed delivery attempts), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have the product re-sent.
