• Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not been processed, gone into production, or dispatched.

How to Cancel

• If eligible, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method or bank account within 15 business days.

Dispatched Orders

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
