Refund & Exchange Policy

We put a lot of love and care into handcrafting every Little KiiKoo product, and your satisfaction means the world to us!


Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll happily send you a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • A photo clearly showing the damage

  • An unboxing video (this is required to process your replacement request)

Returns & Exchanges

We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return/Exchange/Replacement/Damage request must be raised in 7 days of delivery.
    Once we receive the request we will delivery new product in 7-10 business days.
    Refund will be credited in 15 business days to the original bank account.

  • Products must be shipped back to our studio at your own expense

  • You will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll proceed with the exchange.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept forced or unsolicited returns — these are non-refundable and will not be processed.
