Refund policy

We put a lot of love and care into handcrafting every Little KiiKoo product, and your satisfaction means the world to us!


Damaged Items:

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll happily send you a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • A photo clearly showing the damage
  • An unboxing video (this is required to process your replacement request)

Returns & Exchanges:

We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Return/Exchange/Replacement/Damage request must be raised in 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned product we will deliver new product in 7-10 business days.
  • Refund will be credited in 15 business days to the original bank account.
  • If a customer wishes to return a product due to personal preference or a quality-related issue, a standard reverse shipping charge of ₹50 will apply and will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers may choose to return the item to our warehouse using a courier service of their choice, at their own expense.
  • You will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll proceed with the exchange or refund.
  • We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 10 quantities are counted as a bulk)

Important Notes

  • We do not accept forced or unsolicited returns, these are non-refundable and will not be processed.
  • If you're unsure or need help with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to support you!

At Little KiiKoo, each order is crafted with care and processed as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your products on time.


Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, it enters our system immediately and begins processing.
  • Due to our processing timelines, order cancellations or modifications cannot be made after 24 hours from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Timeline

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
  • Order will be delivered in 5-8 business days, depending on your location.
  • All orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are unable to update or correct the address after the order has been placed.

Little KiiKoo is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery & Courier Responsibility

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility.
  • If your tracking information says the package is delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed, please contact the courier service directly, they’re often best equipped to assist at this stage.

Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, missed delivery attempts), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have the product re-sent.
